Obama faking left, heading FAR left!

Great post today from Tom Qualtere titled, “Michael Moore: Obama’s Faking Right, Heading Left.“ He is dead on suggesting, “In the latest issue of Rolling Stone, Michael Moore insists that Barack Obama’s ambitions are much farther left than he lets on. Thus, the President has been deliberately lying to us about everything from healthcare reform to the war on terror. But contrary to the Bush years, when perceived presidential deceit evoked liberal rage and a film to go with it, Moore adoringly approves of what he now sees as a necessary “rope-a-dope strategy” to advance his side’s cause.”
I think the overwelming rancor of the debate – the protests are all from Americans (Democrats and Republicans) are a revelation that we don’t want to see our country head in the direction Obama is pointing us. We can get lost in the details of this plan or that one, but at the end of the day you have to trust the guy driving the boat – in this case Obama and Pelosi. Most Amercians are starting to realize they don’t trust them when it comes to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

The government in general has led the people astray. Its not Obama’s fault, it isn’t even Bush’s fault, it’s our fault. We officially lost control of our country around the same time the Federal Reserve came to be. I shouldn’t say we lost it, we let it go. With every President and Congress since we have given a little more and a little more.
