MSNBC edited video to hide race of black man with an assault rifle at Obama’s town hall!

August 20, 2009

The story MSNBC wanted to run was like this: ‘these town hall meetings are racially charged. these angry Americans with guns are going to kill Obama.  something must be done to stop people from carrying weapons to threaten Obama.’  The problem?  The only clip of a man with an assault rifle (AR15) was of a black man.  So what did they do?  They edited the clip as to not show the color of his skin (which would be fine if they didn’t follow it up with commentary suggesting the act was racial in nature)  Check out the clip from MSNBC:

Notice in this picture below the color of the man’s skin.  Wonder if he is a racist?

African American Man Armed with Assault Rifle to Meet Obama!

August 17, 2009

The media couldn’t stand seeing a well dressed African American male armed with an assault rifle to meet Obama during his visit to Arizona.  Turns out it is perfectly legal to carry an assault rifle in Arizona – even to meet the president.

Earlier this month a Portsmouth man was seen wearing a handgun in a leg holster outside of an Obama event.  When asked why he had the gun he replied, “That’s not even a relevant question. The question is, why don’t people bear arms these days?”

Why all the guns?  I think there is real concern that this administration is attempting to limit our freedoms.  If they go too far they will be forced to limit our right to bear arms.  Why?  Because there are too many folks with guns who guard their freedoms – they guard them very seriously.  Many of us feel like we are on a slippery slope.  The government will be FORCED to clamp down on us specifically because their policies will antagonize the general population to the extent that we have civil unrest.  Too dramatic?  Read your history…

California REAL Prison Problem: Unions.

August 5, 2009

California is about to release 25% of their prison inmates.  Get it?  They are going to open the doors and walk a quarter of their prisoners into the street.  Scary?  You better believe it.  You won’t believe it, but California pays a prison guard around $100,000 per year.  I don’t need to tell you what they pay teachers, but it isn’t even close.  Worse yet, prison guards can retire with 80% of their income for life after 20 years of service.  Imagine starting with the prison system at 20, making $2,000,000 and then making $80,000 a year for life including health care.  Wow.  What a deal.  The problem is that it isn’t sustainable.  California is literally bankrupt, but the prison guard union is unstoppable.  My advice?  Move to Texas or buy a gun (can Californians buy guns?).
